Ingredients for Carrot Appetizer Recipe
- 2 large carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1.5 cups strained yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 level teaspoon salt
For the topping:
- A handful of finely chopped dill
- 1 walnut (crushed)
How to Make Carrot Appetizer Recipe?
- Grate the carrots and place them in a non-stick pan. Drizzle olive oil over them and turn on the heat. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
- Add the yogurt to a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Add the carrots, salt, and garlic to the bowl. Mix well.
- The carrot appetizer is ready. Transfer it to a serving plate, garnish with finely chopped dill and walnuts if desired, and serve.
